Instead of producing an expensive new mold for every design, we use our existing premade PVC patch shapes and apply your artwork directly to the surface using high-quality UV printing.
This makes these patches ideal for small quantities, prototypes, clubs, businesses, teams, events, collectors, giveaways and anyone who wants a custom patch without ordering 50, 100 or more pieces.
HOW IT WORKS
The process is simple:
1. Choose one of our available PVC shapes shown in the product images.
2. Select the quantity you would like to order.
3. Place your order.
4. Send us your logo, artwork or finished design after ordering.
5. We prepare your artwork for the selected patch shape.
6. You receive a digital preview/mockup for approval if necessary.
7. After approval, your patches are printed and produced.
Minimum order quantity: 5 pieces per design.
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING
These are premade PVC patch shapes.
This means that the outer shape and size of the patch are already fixed.
We are not creating a new custom PVC mold for this product.
Your individual artwork is printed onto one of the existing patch shapes shown in the listing.
For example:
If you select an 80 × 50 mm rectangle, your artwork will be adjusted to fit that 80 × 50 mm patch.
If you select the 80 mm round patch, your artwork will be prepared for the round 80 mm surface.
The basic shape of the patch itself cannot be changed.
If you need a completely custom shape, raised PVC elements, recessed details or a specially manufactured mold, please contact us for a separate custom PVC patch quotation.

Almost anything can be printed, including:

UV printing allows considerably more detail than traditional molded PVC production.
Unlike conventional PVC patches, the different printed colors do not require individual recessed separation lines.
This makes UV printing especially suitable for artwork that would otherwise be difficult or expensive to manufacture as traditional PVC.

FILE REQUIREMENTS
For the best possible result, please send us the highest-quality artwork you have.
Preferred formats:
AI / EPS / SVG / PDF
High-resolution PNG or JPG files are also possible.
Transparent-background PNG files are especially useful.
If you only have a JPG or another normal image file, that is usually not a problem. Send us the best file available and we will check it.

Our custom UV printed PVC patches are available from just 5 pieces per design.
* 5–9 pieces: €9.00 per patch
* 10–19 pieces: €8.00 per patch
* 20–49 pieces: €7.00 per patch
* 50–99 pieces: €5.00 per patch
* 100+ pieces: €3.00 per patch
Minimum order: 5 pieces per design.

No custom mold fee is required when using one of our available premade PVC shapes.
